Introducere


Ceea ce urmează reprezintă ultimile mele luări de poziţie în raport cu „restul lumii”, având eu intenţia să mă retrag maximul composibil … OUT OF GRID.
După ani dedicaţi celorlalţi, în care este adevărat că am făcut simultan şi un important input de la cei cu care am interacţionat, am ajuns la concluzia că a venit momentul să aplic Soluţia Epicuriană, adică să mă ocup exclusiv de Devenirea mea. Cineva poate să-mi reproşeze că „mă predau”, că „abandonez lupta”, dar nu este aşa. Am zis ce aveam de zis, iar pe de altă parte, NU AM CU CINE să merg mai departe!?

Am crezut că iluminiştii în rândul cărora am activat în ultimul timp, pot constitui o Forţă Inovatoare aşa cum mi-o imaginam eu, dar m-am înşelat.
Nu am avut niciodată pretenţia că sunt atotştiutor şi am stimulat întotdeauna Spiritul Critic, bineînţeles când acesta era bazat pe Logică şi Raţiune şi era Coerent cu Principiile Iluministe ce condiţionau Dezbaterile.
În ultimul timp, mai ales cu ocazia Crizei Corona-Hoax, mi s-a accentuat senzaţia că SUNT SINGUR, sau în cel mai bun caz, în sintonie cât de cât, numai cu o mână de persoane.

Dezamăgirile au început cu eşecul Mişcării Dacia pe care am încercat s-o implementez în România, pentru a încheia cu cele provocate de pe alte meridiane, unde mă aciuiasem cu speranţa formării acelei MASE CRITICE absolut necesare unui SALT DE PARADIGMĂ.
Bazele acestui Salt sunt în mare măsură cuprinse în cărţile Iluministe ce dezvăluie fără dubiu tot ce e necesar pentru a înţelege Natura Existenţei. Fără această Cunoaştere, accesibilă fiecărui iluminist într-o măsură mai mare sau mai mică în funcţie de Capacităţile Intelectuale Individuale, nu ar fi fost posibilă Trasarea Drumului Spre O Nouă Lume, aşa cum am vrut eu încă de la Începuturile Demersului meu. Vorbesc la persoana întâi, deoarece reamintesc faptul că sunt aproape SINGUR, pierzând eu pe drum aproape toţi colaboratorii, precum şi faptul că eu am fost Iniţiatorul şi tot eu sunt şi Lichidatorul Mişcării Dacia.
Asta nu înseamnă că vreodată cineva nu va putea relua totul de la capăt, mai ales că Bazele există în tot ce am scris noi de-a lungul anilor şi sunt FREE SOURCE.

Pornind chiar de la sfaturile maeştrilor noştri iluminişti, eu şi colaboratorii mei de-a lungul anilor (care între timp s-au „demarcat” sub o formă sau alta), am interpretat totul într-o viziune originală, ce era ancorată în specificitatea noastră naţională. Pentru noi era evident că nu poţi implementa aceleaşi Modele în România şi în ţări Sahariene, de exemplu. „Terra este un Organism şi are Organe” este un concept drag nouă ce nu poate fi negat. Ceea ce trebuie să fie comun într-O Nouă Lume, cu o Nouă Ordine Mondială, sunt PRINCIPIILE.
Aplicarea în Practică a acestora este inevitabil diversă când e vorba de detalii legate de Geopolitică.
Primele „scântei” cu iluminiştii de Facebook s-au iscat când eu am recomandat citirea GRATIS pe Academia.edu a „cărţii de căpătâi” – ”The Illuminati’s Secret Religion”
Am fost imediat atacat că nu respect PROPRIETATEA INTELECTUALĂ, ceea ce m-a şocat, deoarece în opinia mea este RAŢIONAL ca cineva care este cu adevărat interesat să stimuleze CUNOAŞTEREA, va face tot posibilul ca aceasta să ajungă la cât mai mulţi, în vederea creării acelei Mase Critice necesare. Altfel, cum mai putem propăvădui ALTRUISMUL? Sunt şi astăzi convins că aşa cum eu ca muritor de rând am fost în stare ca împreună cu colaboratorii mei sau de unul singur, să contribui la Conştienţa Colectivă cu ceva, fără a cere bani în schimb, tot aşa şi autorii Illuminati o puteau face.

În apărarea conceptului de FREE SOURCE pe care noi l-am predicat dar l-am şi practicat, am fost eliminat şi interzis pe site-ul hyperienilor!? În locul acelui (sau acelor) administratori, eu aş fi IGNORAT în cel mai rău caz, în loc să INTERZIC. Ni se umple gura de MERITOCRAŢIE, dar se ignoră contribuţia noastră la Conştienţa Colectivă. Nu o spun din orgoliu, ci convins că ceea ce am scris noi are Valoare. În aceste momente de Criză Globală se vorbeşte deja despre anumite situaţii anticipate de noi în cărţile noastre, iar în viitor vor emerge şi altele, necontemplate de nimeni sau necontemplate cu profunzimea noastră.
Cu punerea în discuţie a PROPRIETĂŢII INTELECTUALE, evident că am pus în discuţie PROPRIETATEA PRIVATĂ în general, ceea ce a amplificat tensiunile, deşi în multe rânduri Illuminati susţin că „dacă primul om care a spus ASTA E PROPRIETATEA MEA ar fi fost ignorat sau considerat nebun, alta ar fi fost soarta omenirii”!?
S-a ajuns până acolo că am fost categorisit drept comunist şi troll, dar nu era prima oară, deoarece mulţi right-wingers o făcuseră înainte. Da, mă menţin pe poziţia că Antiteza Comunism este mai aproape de Sinteza Maritocraţia Iluministă decât Teza Capitalism. Este motivul principal pentru care nu-mi place termenul de Capitalism Social, alt „măr al discordiei” ce a condus la eliminarea mea din grup. Se pare că iluminiştii de Facebook nu cunosc aceste citate:

Nu o să intru în detalii asupra celor scrise până aici, interesaţii putându-le găsi în cărţile noastre.

Şi a venit Criza COVID care a fost „picătura chinezească” nu numai pentru Sistemul în proces avansat de Implozie, ci şi pentru mine. Au început să apară la iluminişti Opinii şi Atitudini care demonstrau clar din punctul meu de vedere, o Neînţelegere Alarmantă a Realităţii.
În continuare o să le denunţ, cu argumentele de rigoare, chiar dacă mulţi din anturajul meu or să se supere.

PREMISĂ



Sunt conştient că Destabilizarea SUB ORICE FORMĂ a Sistemului poate fi benefică unei Agende Iluministe, deci în raportul nostru cu ceilalţi, putem Manipula pentru a ne atinge Scopul, dar atunci când „suntem între noi” trebuie să avem o altă atitudine. În caz contrar, cineva ar putea gândi că şi noi suntem MASĂ DE MANEVRĂ şi nu mi se pare că merităm. Grupurile Facebook sunt alcătuite în general de oameni deschişi către Iluminism şi nu trebuiesc îmbrobodiţi.
Incoerenţa cu Principiile enunţate în cărţile iluministe pot îndepărta tocmai pe cei mai inteligenţi.
ADEVĂRUL trebuie spus, chiar dacă DOARE… iar eu o să produc în continuare multă DURERE celor care numai aparent sunt iluminişti! Aparent, deoarece dacă se promovează IDEI ale Guvernanţilor Liberali şi ale Organelor Mediatice aflate în totalitate în mâna celor 1%, multe semne de întrebare se ridică.


TEORII CONSPIRAŢIONISTE

În cazul specific al Crizei Covid-19, susţin cu tărie că suntem în plină actualizare a unei CONSPIRAŢII şi nu sunt singurul, mulţi oameni chiar mai COMPETENŢI ca mine susţinând acest lucru. Nu o să revin cu detalii ce pot fi găsite în Cartea Albastră, inclusiv în limba engleză. Desigur sunt numai supoziţii şi nu am nicidecum pretenţia de a fi un Oracol; prezint numai un Scenariu Posibil, bazându-mă pe Argumente Logice şi Raţionale, dar şi pe propriile Intuiţii.
Mulţi iluminişti (e drept că nu toţi), au sărit de cur în sus, pentru că ei susţin ideea Illuminati precum că Teoriile Conspiraţioniste sunt opera unor Trolls originaţi de OWO şi ale unor IGNORANŢI. Din ce am citit eu apropos de acestea, sunt prezentate şi nume ale unor astfel de specimene, dar care vizau în mod particular opinii false despre societatea secretă Illuminati.
Oricum, chiar şi în cărţile Illuminati am găsit afirmaţii hazardate, ca să nu zic mai rău. De exemplu, Atacul asupraTurnurilor Gemene este considerat un act al unor fanatici islamişti, nicidecum o CONSPIRAŢIE cu un spectru mai larg. Eu unul sunt convins că nişte Criminali cu Inteligenţă Diabolică, pot să folosească mâna altcuiva pentru o Crimă. Cum nu avem Probe că nu e o astfel de situaţie, nici nu o putem exclude a priori.

În general, suntem zi de zi supuşi unor Fake News, Fals Flags şi alte Manipulări, ce nu pot fi altceva decât Scenarii conforme unei Agende Conspiraţioniste.
Noi iluminiştii nu putem să negăm Agendele Conspiraţioniste, de dată ce chiar şi noi avem Armageddon Conspiracy şi am fi chiar Naivi să credem că adversarii nu le au!?
Morgue susţine că OWO nu are nicio Agendă şi că de fapt se cacă pe ei de Frică, inducându-ne să cădem în Capcana MASCARADEI, FĂRÂMIŢĂRII SOCIALE şi ARESTULUI LA DOMICILIU!?
Subestimarea adversarului nu poate duce la altceva decât ÎNFRÂNGERE!
Culmea este că această atitudine faţă de Teoriile Conspiraţioniste, este împărtăşită atât de Media Oficială, Organizaţii Globaliste, Guverne, Filantropi Dubioşi, dar şi de … iluminişti!?!?… şi o să vedem că nu e un caz izolat, ci asistăm la o convergenţă tot mai marcată!?
În concluzie, dacă se ignoră existenţa unei CONSPIRAŢII, nici nu se poate elabora o Strategie de Contrast! Se ignoră în acest fel o serie de evenimente ce nu au niciun ecou în rândul iluminiştilor.
Iată câteva: exportul de democraţie, revoluţiile colorate, primăverile arabe, embargoul impus tărilor „recalcitrante” şi acţiunile făţiş ostile faţă de acestea (Yugoslavia, Cuba, Irak, Venezuela, Iran, Coreea de Nord, Rusia, China, Siria ş.a.).
De curând, ca să dau numai un exemplu pentru a nu mă extinde, am citit despre „persecutarea uigurilor în China comunistă”. Evident că s-a căzut în Capcana Sistemului. Uigurii fundamentalişti islamici au făcut câteva atentate în China despre care Media Oficială nu a scris niciun rând. Noi ca iluminişti condamnăm Islamul cu Vorbe, dar Fapte nu suntem în stare să proiectăm!? Chinezii au un Stat Puternic ce nu stă pe gânduri şi practic l-a omorât pe YHWH&co. Nu este ăsta un Obiectiv Iluminist??? Despre Cuba şi Venezuela nu găseşti nicio referire la iluminiştii de Facebook!? E drept că nu vedem la aceştia nici „punerea în cruce” a acestor „regimuri”, dar principiul „silenzio-assenso” (Tăcere =Aprobare) poate fi considerat.
Are asta vreo legătură cu Capitalismul Social?

S-au vărsat tone de cerneală pe tema Zidului de la Berlin, dar puţini sunt azi conştienţi de faptul că a fost o Contra Revoluţie a OWO, o deturnare de pe o Cale Mai Scurtă Spre Meritocraţia Iluministă… o să ne dăm seama curând!
În ultimul timp s-au ridicat alte ZIDURI împotriva EMIGRAŢIEI SĂLBATICE.
Stânga Regresivă a condamnat aceste Ziduri şi a promovat Iraţional MULTICULTURALISMUL, mulţi iluminişti necunoscând sau ignorând aversiunea ILLUMINATI în această chestiune după cum se poate afla din cărţile lor!?
După cum am mai spus, SUA şi în ultimii ani şi UE, sunt exemplu clar de FALIMENT AL MULTICULTURALISMULUI. Ambele plătesc azi Poliţa Colonialismului, Neo-Colonialismului şi Globalizării şi sunt pe cale de a-şi pierde Controlul Global în favoarea ţărilor MONOCULTURALE.
Trebuie să fi ori IGNORANT, ori VÂNDUT să nu pricepi că EMIGRAŢIA SĂLBATICĂ a servit Puterii Oculte a OWO, pentru furnizarea de NOI SCLAVI şi slăbirea tot mai puternică a ţărilor de origine a emigranţilor.
Să fie clar, eu sunt un astfel de emigrant recent şi am argumentat deja în cărţile noastre cu ARGUMENTE RAŢIONALE şi LOGICE. Revin cu un singur exemplu ce poate fi extins la alte domenii şi ţări: din România au plecat în Occident în ultimii ani 30.000 de medici „gata pregătiţi prin sudoarea întregului popor”. Nu e greu să tragi concluziile de rigoare!? Cine a pierdut şi cine a câştigat??? Se pare că iluminiştii IGNORĂ acest lucru şi asta e foarte grav!!!
De ce nu se manifestă iluminiştii pentru a face în aşa fel ca „fiecare să stea bine acasă la el”???
Vor iluminiştii să golească de COMPETENŢE şi de FORŢA DE MUNCĂ TÂNĂRĂ ŞI CALIFICATĂ ţările deja SUBDEZVOLTATE? Se pare că DA!?
Până în aceste zile când Vechea Agendă era pe rol, OWO avea tot interesul să le golească, fiindu-le mai uşor să le fure Resursele.
Suntem noi iluminiştii „în aceeaşi barcă” cu ei???
DA, după cum am mai spus, noi iluminiştii putem exploata Tensiunile Sociale care rezultă, pentru a grăbi Implozia Sistemului, dar ţinând cont de consecinţele pe termen lung, MERITĂ oare???

Numai faptul că majorităţile democratice din ţările dezvoltate alunecă inexorabil spre Dreapta Extremă pe tema MULTICULTURALISMULUI STÂNGII REGRESIVE, ar trebui să ne dea de gândit. Stânga Regresivă, căreia apartin NeConştient majoritatea iluminiştilor, face Jocul Dreptei Extreme şi mă întreb dacă asta nu e chiar parte a Noii Agende OWO, pusă diabolic de inteligent în practică: nu noi iluminiştii producem Implozia OWO, ci invers!?
Numai o Revoluţie Globală poate redresa situaţia, dar se pare că nu are CINE s-o facă!?

A venit vremea să producem Proiecte De Ţară şi De Lume concretizabile cu Mişcări Politice Iluministe. Noi am făcut-o, e drept fără succes, dar asta nu înseamnă că nu e posibil. În ţările Dezvoltate aşa ceva este (încă) posibil şi chiar URGENT!
Problema ZIDURILOR trebuie abordată RAŢIONAL şi LOGIC.
Trebuie mers la CAUZELE EMIGRAŢIEI SĂLBATICE, ci nu trebuie să ne limităm la combaterea EFECTELOR!
Trebuie să aplicăm ad litteram Principiul Oportunităţilor Egale la nivel de State!
Spunem adesea că „nu trebuie lăsat nimeni în urmă”!? Păi hai s-o FACEM, nu numai s-o declarăm patetic cu VORBE!!!
Trebuie să urmărim realizarea Statului Puternic Meritocratic Iluminist şi asta nu o vom realiza prin Islamizarea Europei şi a Lumii.
Să nu uităm că toate marile Imperii au decăzut în epoca MIGRAŢIILOR SĂLBATICE.

Mă întreb şi îi întreb pe toţi iluminiştii de Facebook: ştiţi ceva de PLANUL KALERGI?
Acest Plan avea în vedere crearea unei Rase Unice Euro-Asiatico-Africane în Europa.
Kalergi este printre primii ideatori ai Uniunii Europene.
Eu sunt total împotriva acestei ABERAŢII dintr-un singur motiv: BIODIVERSITATEA nu trebuie s-o menţinem numai în lumea animalelor şi plantelor, ci şi a oamenilor.
Ca fapt divers, în STAR TREK se notează diversele rase existente şi azi, aşa că atunci când citaţi acest viitor luminos al omenirii, ţineţi cont şi de asta!!!
Mă mai întreb cum de mulţi iluminişti ridică osanale lui George Soros, un ultra-bogat evreu care şi-a construit averea imensă prin SPECULĂ FINANCIARĂ şi care în trecut a contribuit la confiscarea averilor conaţionalilor săi evrei, cu scuza că „dacă nu o făceam eu, o făcea altul”!?!?

De exemplu, nu a bombardat pe nimeni precum a făcut-o Premiul Nobel pentru Pace, „negrul” Obama. Ba chiar a denunţat anumite chestiuni legate de Puterea Ocultă Financiar Globalistă. Tot aşa şi Sanders (de Biden nici nu vorbesc fiind o Legumă) care „spune bine deseori când e vorba de EFECTE, dar nu atacă suficient Sistemul Capitalist care este CAUZA”.
Noi trebuie să „luăm ce-i bun de oriunde”!
Mulţi iluminişti nu înţeleg acest lucru şi emit judecăţi tranşante de tipul „e duşmanul nostru, deci tot ce a făcut e rău”.
Şi Platon credea în Geocentrism şi greşea, şi Hitler punea Interesul General mai presus de Interesul Individual, dar greşea în alte chestiuni şi Martin Luther King zicea bine şi merită respect, dar era şi un pastor protestant şamd.

Multe ar mai fi de spus, dar mă opresc aici şi cer tuturor un pic de COERENŢĂ!!!

Aşa cum am mai spus, SUA şi UE sunt exemple evidente ale EŞECULUI MULTICULTURALISMULUI şi consecinţele sunt colosale.
PUTEREA GLOBALĂ se deplasează de la Vest spre Est, acolo unde MONOCULTURALISMUL invocat şi de Illuminati se păstrează.
Faptul că negrii sunt şi azi în marea lor majoritate SCLAVI în SUA este de necontestat, deci din acest punct de vedere e în regulă ca aceştia să protesteze şi să-şi ceară DREPTUL LEGITIM de a fi trataţi de la egal la egal. Dar să nu uităm că şi albii sunt în mare parte sclavi şi nici că mulţi poliţişti sunt nu numai albi!? Şi negrii au ucis vitnamezi, irachieni, sirieni, sârbi, coreeni şamd. Şi negrii sunt adepţii Consumerismului, Profitului, Shoppingului, Capitalismului, Cultului Celebrităţilor şamd.

E just să protesteze, dar o fac de multe ori VIOLENT, şi asta nu ar fi rău, dacă ar face-o împotriva ADEVĂRAŢILOR DUŞMANI: Bănci, Media, Ultra-Bogaţi, Militarişti, Corporaţii, Celebrităţi, Politicieni şamd. Desigur că noi iluminiştii putem trage foloase în urma acestor mişcări de masă, dar suntem noi siguri că autorii violenţelor ar înţelege cu adevărat CE VREM NOI?
Să nu uităm că marea lor majoritate sunt islamici sau creştini şi nu cred că noi putem conta pe aşa categorii de oameni. Până şi RAP-ul lor a decăzut da la epoca Tupac Shakur la cea de azi pusă în slujba Sistemului. Nebunia demolării statuilor a atins cote de ridicol. Mâine poimâine vor ajunge să ceară demolarea Piramidelor, deoarece au fost construite de SCLAVI???

Misiunea iluminiştilor este să nu facă Jocul Sistemului de ”Divide Et Impera”.
Nu trebuie să trăim în Trecut… nu trebuie să demolăm statui, nu trebuie să tragem la răspundere popoare pentru ceea ce de rău au făcut, ci să învăţăm din acel Trecut, pentru a nu repeta greşelile.
Fiecare dintre noi am făcut GREŞELI de care ne-am dat seama ulterior. Mai grav e când nu-ţi dai seama!

Desigur că şi Iertarea trebuie să aibă o limită, dar totul sub auspiciile Echilibrului şi Raţiunii.

Am observat că majoritatea iluminiştilor, inclusiv a celor ce se raportează la AC, au fost îmbrobodiţi de OWO.

În concluzie, am impresia că iluminiştii de Facebook sunt în mare parte INCOERENŢI, ba chiar am dubii că sunt asociaţi adevăraţilor ILLUMINATI.

In the current context of the Covid-19 Crisis, the Black Book of the Dacia Movement “Comunitarian Republic of Dacia – Guide to Practical Illuminist Meritocracy”, becomes the most important of all written so far, through its timeliness and imminent implementation of such a COUNTRY PROJECT .

The White Book contains the Ideology of the Dacia Movement inspired by the Pythagorean Enlightenment.

The Red Book and the Addendum to it contain significant quotations from the works of some Pythagorean Illuminists, as proof that we have a new and strong Spiritual Basis for our Project.

The Blue Book seeks to explain the Covid-19 Crisis and its probable consequences.

These lines are written in addition to the Blue Book to demonstrate the Imminence of implementation of a Project / Paradigm similar to the one in the Black Book … and not only in Romania! That, if we don’t want to face EXTINCTION, even PARTIAL !?

The United States and the West are “fallen in their blood,” as Nostradamus put it (of course, a smart man will be found laughing at this quote).

When we wrote “Communitarian Republic of Dacia – A Guide to Practical Illuministt Meritocracy” (2016-2017), we also mentioned among the possible Triggering Elements of the Paradigm Change … a PANDEMIC EVENT !!!

Here’s how we projected the New World into the Black Book, how we have it today, and how we’ll have it tomorrow:

a. WORK has become LESS and tomorrow it will have to be FOR EVERYONE as we predicted … otherwise we would have ANARCHY (see America of the 40 million new unemployed).

In Romania, this organization will be the responsibility of the COMMUNITIES, the maximum composable Autonomous and Self-Sufficient ones, to which the Strong Enlightenment Meritocratic State led by a ROUND TABLE will establish their Fundamental Rights and Obligations. The intermediate structure of the REGIONS will sincronize and coordinate them according to the GENERAL INTEREST.

Less Work and Autonomous and Self-Sufficient Communities also means an increased degree of “Social Distancing” and “Lockdown”, which would be beneficial in a case of Pandemic like the one we are going through today.

b. MOBILITY has already been reduced with beneficial consequences and will be reduced even more drastically by stopping Globalization, establishing Sovereignty, e-Commerce composable at “Zero Km”, by eliminating Futile Activities.

A great impact for the reduction of Mobility will have the organization in maximum composable Autonomous and Self-Sufficient Communities (Municipalities, Falansters). Details of the various types of Communities and Phalanster can be found in the Black Book.

Today we spend a lot of time in Cars, Banks, Insurance, Medical Centers, Stadium, Shopping and so on. All this will disappear or be drastically resized.

Reduced mobility will also contribute substantially to limiting the spread of viruses and other pathogens, and the Autonomus Communities will allow a rapid circumscription in the event of an epidemic, as well as a faster resolution of other Crisis Situations (see Black Book for details).

c. POPULATION CONTROL is already actuated based on technological progress (5G, 6G) and will be generalized in the near future, whether we like it or not. What remain to see, is WHO will do this Control: OWO, or NWO !?

2. Rewarding citizens according to MERIT with a Resource Redistribution Ratio of 1:10 (Reward Grid).

3. Religions will be considered individual matters and will no longer have any interference with political, social and economic life in the Illuminist Meritocratic State.

4. Protecting the ENVIRONMENT will be everyone’s primary goal, in the hope that we have not already exceeded the Point of No Return. The dynamic balance of Man and Nature must be restored. The Illuminist Meritocratic State has as its permanent objective Sustainable Development, and in the current context created by OWO, that of Happy DeGrowth.

5. EDUCATION and HEALTH shall be the sole responsibility of the Illuminist Meritocratic State and shall be FREE and EQUAL for all.

6. SCIENTIFIC and TECHNOLOGICAL RESEARCH will be the sole responsibility of the Illuminist Meritocratic State.

7. Material Inheritance will be abolished – 100% Inheritance Tax –

The becoming of each individual will no longer be the fruit of the efforts of others, but exclusively of his own efforts and talents.

8. The leadership of all state’s structures will be achieved on the principle of the ROUND TABLE around which will stand the Most Meritorious ones, designated by various scientific methods of quantification of MERIT and following psychological tests.

9. MONEY will no longer be a means of accumulation, but only a standard for rewarding socio-economic contributions. Their management will be the sole responsibility of the Illuminist Meritocratic State through a single National Bank.

10. International Trade will be done exclusively “Merchandise for Merchandise”, not through the Standard Money and will be the sole responsibility of the Illuminist Meritocratic State.

11. The concept of FAMILY is changed in the sense that it becomes a matter between two individuals and is not the subject of any contract.The state does not arbitrate anything, except in cases where its Illuminist Principles are violated.

12. CHILDREN are protected by the Illuminist Meritocratic State even in front of their own parents and will be provided by them EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES and OPTIMAL SCHOOLING CONDITIONS.

13. All citizens are guaranteed the Minimum Necessary for Decent Survival. This will be done by the Communities they live in.

14. The basic organization of the Illuminist Meritocratic State is the COMMUNITY maximum composable AUTONOMOUS and SELF-SUFFICIENT, with the concomitant affirmation of the POWERFUL STATE and of a new concept of HABITAT.

15. Justice and Order are the responsibility of the Communities which have only the obligation to respect the Principles contained in the Fundamental Law (Constitution). A centralized state structure will ensure compliance with these Principles in the Communities and resolve cases of national interest.

16. Quality is considered above Quantity.

17. Simplicity is applied in all spheres of socio-economic life – Occam’s Razor –

18. The Illuministt Meritocratic State is Pacifist and Non-Aligned Economically or Military, but open to International Solidarity, especially in favor of underdeveloped countries, and to International Cooperation in order to serve the General Interest of Mankind.

19. The Media is exclusively the responsabilty of the State and have the exclusive role of Informing, Culturalizing, Educating, Distracting, not of Forming Opinion.

20 This Fundamental Law is valid for 20 years, after which it will be fully discussed by the new generations. During this time, minor interventions of the ROUND TABLE are not excluded in this Fundamental Law on the occasion of exceptional circumstances.
