De ce în România nu există panouri fotovoltaice pe casele gospodarilor?
Pornind de la experienţa personală, mă întreb de ce oare nu s-a declanşat până în acest moment o ANCHETĂ SOCIALĂ, JURNALISTICĂ ŞI CHIAR JUDICIARĂ pe tema PRODUCŢIEI DE ENERGIE CURATĂ, care în ROMÂNIA, spre deosebire de restul Europei, este rezervată numai MULTINAŢIONALELOR STRĂINE şi POTENTAŢILOR FINANCIARI AUTOHTONI, dar nu şi CETĂŢEANULUI DE RÂND!?!?
Ca premisă, informez că ITALIA are o putere instalată de ENERGIE VERDE/CURATĂ/RENOVABILĂ de 8 Gw, din care un sfert aparţine PRIVAŢILOR CETĂŢENI.
Oare în România nu s-a aflat de CRIZA ENERGETICĂ?
Oare în România nu s-a aflat de CERNOBÎL şi FUKUSHIMA?
Oare în România nu s-a aflat că Germania „IESE DIN NUCLEAR”?
Oare în România nu se ştie nimic de EPUIZAREA COMBUSTIBILILOR FOSILI?
Oare în România nu se ştie nimic de profunda CRIZĂ AMBIENTALĂ?
Oare în România nu este nevoie de A CREA NOI LOCURI DE MUNCĂ în acest domeniu?
Oare în România nu este contemplată INDEPENDENŢA ENERGETICĂ, decât când e vorba de CHEVRON&sisters?
Oare în România avem o CLASĂ POLITICĂ şi nişte FUNCŢIONARI DE STAT… „cu pluta”?
Oare în România nu există jurnalişti în slujba INTERESULUI NAŢIONAL?
Oare cei care merg „afară”, nu au observat acolo acoperişurile pline de panouri fotovoltaice?
Oare cei care au observat, nu s-au întrebat DE CE ÎN ROMÂNIA NU SUNT?
Este oare posibil să existe în această chestiune o Lege din 2008, care să nu poată fi aplicată ŞI ÎN INTERESUL CETĂŢENILOR DE RÂND, deoarece AUTORITATEA NAŢIONALĂ de REGLEMENTARE în domeniul ENERGIEI (ANRE) „doarme în papuci” şi nu a realizat NORMELE DE APLICARE conform rolului său instituţional?
Această PROBLEMĂ EXCLUSIV ROMÂNEASCĂ trebuie adusă la cunoştinţa organelor competente de JUSTIŢIE şi OPINIEI PUBLICE din ţară şi străinătate, deoarece este evidentă flagranţa DISCRIMINĂRII SOCIALE, care permite lui Ţiriac (de exemplu, dar se poate săpa adânc…) să încarce facturile de electricitate ale românilor, fără ca aceştia să poată face acelaşi lucru în folos propriu!?
Există STUDII referitoare la IMPLEMENTAREA SURSELOR DE ENERGIE ALTERNATIVE, care demonstrează că ENERGIA VERDE este mult mai puţin COSTISITOARE pentru cetăţean, ambient şi stat, decât cea bazată pe NUCLEAR şi COMBUSTIBILI FOSILI (oricum EPUIZABILE), dacă se iau în consideraţie numai PROBLEMELE AMBIENTALE determinate de acestea.
Eu personal, am pe casă în România 4 panouri de 220w şi aş mai fi adăugat altele, dar aştept din 2011 ca ANRE să stabilească MODALITĂŢILE DE CONTRACTARE A ENERGIEI PROVENITE DIN GOSPODĂRIILE CETĂŢENILOR şi am o corespondenţă edificatoare asupra DEZINTERESULUI celor implicaţi în REGLEMENTARE, FURNIZARE şi DISTRIBUŢIE de ENERGIE ELECTRICĂ. Între timp, deşi am un AVIZ TEHNIC DE RACORDARE încă din 2011, am ajuns să plătesc până şi curentul produs de mine, deoarece nişte „specialişti” de la DISTRIBUŢIE/APARATURĂ DE MĂSURĂ, au montat un contoar greşit, intrând ILEGAL pe proprietatea mea, FĂRĂ AVIZARE PREALABILĂ şi deci, FĂRĂ PERMISIUNEA MEA!?!? Totul este DOCUMENTAT!
Voi sesiza probabil şi FORURILE COMUNITARE asupra IGNORĂRII NORMELOR EUROPENE în domeniu şi voi implica asociaţii ale consumatorilor şi jurişti, români şi străini, deoarece aceasta este o CHESTIUNE FOARTE GRAVĂ.
Voi ce ziceţi?
Centralele nucleare nu „lucrează” pentru mine !
În timp ce unii îşi cumpără SUV-uri, eu am investit în „Viitor” !
În Italia am instalat o Centrală Fotovoltaică de 3KW
În România am instalat pentru început 1Kw, urmând să măresc treptat puterea, cu ajutorul lui Dumnezeu şi al … Statului român, care în anul de graţie 2011, nu are încă stabilite normele necesare „instalaţiilor fotovoltaice ale cetăţenilor”. Bineînţeles că au primat interesele corporatiste, pentru care nu există… piedici !!! Este revoltător faptul că în timp ce în „lumea civilizată” se stimulează instalarea centralelor fotovoltaice private, inclusiv prin ajutoare de stat, în România nu poţi face nici măcar „un schimb pe loc”, adică la acelaşi preţ ! Menţionez că în Italia, curentul mă costă 19 Euro-cent per Kw, pe când cel produs de centrală îmi este plătit cu 34 Euro-cent. Aceasta deoarece investiţia este privată, nu comportă investiţii ENEL (cabluri, transformatoare, etc.), ba scurtează şi traseul producător – consumator, acoperind mai eficient necesarul de consum, care aici este în timpul zilei solare. Răspunsul primit la cererea mea este de-a dreptul ŞOCANT :

Referitor la solicitarea d-voastra inregistrata la Agentia de Furnizare Energie Electrica Ploiesti, cu nr 999/3.10.2011, avand ca subiect preluarea energiei electrice produsa din surse regenerabile, cu putere instalata de sub 1MW/centrala, detinute de persoane fizice, la capitolul VI din legea 220/2008, modificata de legea 139/2010, se prevede ca ANRE sa elaboreze o serie de metodologii prin care sa se stabileasaca modul de comercializare al acestei energii.
Acesta este motivul pentru care va rugam sa aveti intelegerea de a va adresa Autoritatii Nationale de Reglementare in domeniul Energiei.”

Adică eu trebuie să mă adresez ANRE, ca să „îi grăbesc” să emită nişte Norme care trebuiau emise de… UN AN !?!?
Menţionez că din punct de vedere tehnic am obţinut Avizul Tehnic de Racordare (componentele sunt conforme Normelor UE), am plătit şi contorul cu dublă citire, dar nu-l pot instala, până nu voi avea un Contract de Furnizare, ce nu se poate încheia … din lipsa normelor !… ABRACADABRANT !!!

– Legea nr. 220/2008 pentru stabilirea sistemului de promovare a producerii energiei din surse regenerabile de energie si Legea 139/2010 privind modificarea si completarea Legii nr. 220/2008 sunt actele legislative care reglementeaza sistemul de producere a energiei electrice din surse regenerabile.
– Conform acestor legi, Autoritatea Nationala de Reglementare in domeniul Energiei (ANRE) trebuia sa elaboreze si sa aprobe in termen de 60 zile de la data intrarii in vigoare a Legii 139/2010 (07.07.2010), metodologiile necesare pentru contractarea energiei electrice produse din surse regenerabila.
– Pana la aceasta data aceste metodologii nu au fost aprobate de ANRE.
– Sfatul meu este sa va adresati ANRE prin e-mail si sa solicitati informatii suplimentare referitoare la contractarea energiei electrice, in situatia in care dvs. la locul de consum existent aveti aprobata prin avizul tehnic de racordare instalarea unui sistem de producere din surse regenerabile.

IN RESPONSE TO THE OIL SPILL IN THE GULF OF MEXICO

(Venus, Florida- May 12rd, 2010) On the Gulf Coast of the United States the
shock is now setting in for millions of American citizens as we now realize
the true extent of the damage caused by our desire for obsolete and
dangerous fossil fuels, and our perpetuation of an outdated monetary world
society, where the bottom line has always been profit at all costs, be it
human or environmental. It is time for a viable solution to deal with a
system hardwired for self destruction.
It is with that very unfortunate introduction that we, The Zeitgeist
Movement, now must enter the international conversation to express the need
for true change. That word is not some jingoist slogan devised by a focus
group, but the evident desire of the public for a meaningful transition out
of the destructive legacy, the burden of our past mistakes as a maturing
civilization. We only have one Earth; there is no reset button here.
We must break out of our established ideologies that have prevented
progress. Ending the political duality, economic stratification and false
divisions is key to overcoming our apparent historical bondage that says
the future we were promised must remain an elusive dream. We must now
rethink our society and outgrow those parts of it that serve to paralyze
us.
As of Friday, April 30th it was reported by CBS News (US) that the spill
had spread to cover 2,100 square miles and was still spilling at a rate up
to 5,000 barrels (210,000 gallons) a day. As of today, there has been no
progress in stopping this catastrophe. This did not have to happen. It
happened because we continue to use an obsolete technology for the sake of
maintaining a profitable establishment. An establishment that perpetuates
vast inequality in its wages to its employees versus its core owners,
destroys fragile and vital eco-systems, and pollutes our air.
It is time for real change, not empty promises. No amount of socialism or
free market ideology will save us from ourselves, there needs to be a
fundamental re-write of what we think we know, to achieve a sustainable
human enterprise.
Our generation has stood and watched as our planet has been raped and
pillaged, yet we do nothing. Our generation has stood and watched as our
government bailed out the very people who created this economic crisis, yet
we do nothing. Our generation has stood and watched as our rights have been
stripped away from us, and yet we do nothing. Our generation has stood and
watched as we have been handed the problems of the countless generations
before it, and we are preparing to do the same to the next generation, and
we do nothing.
Let us be the first generation to hand solutions to our children and our
children’s children. But we can’t do it alone. Let us break down the
barriers we have created amongst ourselves. We need all of you, every last
one, to say enough is enough in one voice. Not as Americans or Russians,
Christians or Muslims, but as fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters. Let
us destroy the lines between us and work to create a world where our
children are truly safe and free. Let us create a world where we can tell
our children that they can be and do whatever their heart desires, and know
deep inside us we are telling them the truth. Let our generation be the
one.
We have the tools, we have the knowledge, we have the technology. It is
time we make the transition to a world, an economy, and a future we all
deserve regardless of geographic location or economic disposition. As long
as we rely on legacy systems defined in a 19th century mentality all we
will do is spin our wheels while a parade of economic and ecologic
disasters visits us again and again. It is time to pull the plug on this
charade because as you will find out, there is a better way.
We, the Zeitgeist Movement representatives, reach out to you so that we can
all work together to do what must be done. Every man, woman and child has a
voice, but together we can create one voice so deafening that no one will
have a choice but to listen. But it requires you. It requires you put away
preconceived notions you have been told about “the way things are” as
if it is the only way, because it's not! Our way of thinking will no longer
sustain us. We can either remain in the house of cards we have built and
watch it collapse all around us, or we can, through the best our society
has to offer, begin to construct a stable mature and thriving society so
that the Gulf Coast Oil Spill, the Exxon Valdez and many others are nothing
more then an embarrassing footnote in history.
